Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by August 24, 2026 (30 days prior to the event) by emailing ChicagoRIMS@Gmail.com. Cancellation requests received by this date will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 24, 2026. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost by notifying us via email.
Please note:
- Complimentary Risk Manager registrations are not subject to cancellation fees
- Sponsorship payments are non-refundable after June 30, 2026
- Credit card refunds will be processed within 15 business days
- Check refunds will be processed within 30 business days
