Nouryon is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals. While Nouryon may not be a household name, there are very few households in the US that don’t have a component of Nouryon somewhere within.
Gail began with Nouryon’s predecessor AkzoNobel as Senior Risk Management Coordinator in 2001. In 2005 she left to accept the role of Underwriting Director with CNA where she managed a property and casualty portfolio of architect and engineering clients, ranging in size from small business to large accounts. In 2008 Gail returned to AkzoNobel as Risk Manager and went with the spin off of Specialty Chemicals as Nouryon in 2018.
In addition to the RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP)
designation, Gail has the CRM, CIC, CPRM, and CISR designations from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Gail and her husband Jim Bartholomew have a blended family of five children, their
spouses, two granddaughters and a wide range of dogs across all households.
